Environmental, social, and ethical responsibility is in Altyor’s DNA. It is through these three main axes that Altyor builds its strategy and governs its decisions. In a continuous improvement process, the company commits to doing better every day and for every choice.
Through the ECOVADIS audit, Altyor voluntarily reevaluates its CSR commitments annually. In 2023, Altyor received the SILVER medal in recognition of our CSR and responsible purchasing performance, with a score of 63 out of 100, ranking us among the top 15% of the most CSR-performing companies in our sector.

Our CSR Charter
The purpose of this charter is to reflect how Altyor articulates its respect for laws and standards regarding ethics and social responsibility. It is an opportunity to reinforce our values and communicate our commitments to our employees, customers, suppliers, and more broadly, all our stakeholders.

To do this, we have built two policies that guide Altyor in these actions, assessed by annual objectives.
Our Social Commitments
Labor rights, including health and safety, working conditions, structured social dialogue, career management and training, as well as human rights through the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion and the prevention of child labor and forced labor, are pillars of our commitments.
For this, Altyor carries out concrete actions on these subjects by valuing the well-being of its employees, getting involved in its ecosystem, and living an inclusive approach within the company.
Sustainable procurement
Altyor has a diverse supply chain, which requires a control and commitment policy. Our purchases of materials, electronic components, or finished products are therefore subject to the pursuit of responsible and sustainable management.
Ethics
Corruption and poor information management are among the challenges of a CSR policy. Therefore, Altyor commits to taking action in these areas to ensure ethical and responsible business management.
