Discover the birth and evolution of the Altyor group
1992
The adventure begins
André Cottard launches the company PDCi in Saint-Cyr en Val (45), with a service activity in plastics processing, and develops with a mechanical design office and an electronic design office.
2000
Direction to Shanghai
At the same time as PDCi, André’s son, Yanis, together with a school friend Yannis Brun, launched a subcontracting activity for the injection of mechanical parts in Shanghai: this was the creation of Technochina.
PDCi, in France, and Technochina, in China, are building a strong partnership and are convincing many customers.
2003
Creation of Tiloli
With entrepreneurship rooted in the family history, Olivier Hache, André’s nephew, founded his company for the distribution of accessories dedicated to digital nomadism, on a niche market for the time: the Apple universe.
Since its creation, Tiloli has become increasingly successful and has developed its own brand of MW accessories.
2012
The year of the merger
After several years of collaboration, PDCi and Technochina merge: Altyor Industries is the result.
Today, Altyor Industries is a pioneer in the development and manufacture of connected products. In 2008, following its historical customer SOMFY, Altyor Industries launched its IoT activities. Today, IoT accounts for 50% of Altyor Industries’ annual turnover.
IoT but not only …
Altyor Industries is also a real industrial know-how. The company has built its experience on the manufacture of mechanical products. Every year, Altyor Industries manufactures and manages the supply chain for nearly 19 million mechanical and electronic products.
2013
NodOn joins the great adventure
Thomas Gauthier, initially a business manager at Technochina, co-founded NodOn, a subsidiary specialising in products and solutions for the home and connected buildings.
2023

30 years after the birth of its first activity, the company decided to take a decisive step and become a mission-driven company.
